Judy Redington, LCSW, ACSW
For more than 25 years, I have had the privilege of helping clients in the Dallas area as they overcome challenges and build stronger and more satisfying lives.
I work exclusively with adolescents and adults offering individuals, couples and family counseling. My approach is to help each client identify and define their own personal goals for their life. I then support them on a journey of self reflection and understanding of how past experiences affect them still today. My goal is to help each client learn how they can adopt new skills and behaviors that empower them to overcome the obstacles and challenges that hold them back from living their best life.
